| 摘 要： | 十五大以来 ,私营经济发展的外部环境有了较大的改变 ,但还不够宽松。必须转变观念 ,为私营经济持续发展创造良好的社会氛围、法治环境、社会服务环境、公平竞争的市场环境等外部社会环境。私营经济人士要努力学习 ,提高综合素质 ,大胆开拓创新 ,促进私营经济的规模和水平上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | Ever since the 15th Party Congress, the environment for development of private-owned economy has been greatly changed, but not loose enough. Therefore, we must change our concepts, and provide sound environment in social affairs, legal system, social services, and market of fair competition. The private business owners should keep on learning, improve their own quality and make bold innovations, to promote the scale and level of private-owned economy to a new stage. |
