| Abstract: | The overall planning of urban and rural economic and social development and the realization of common prosperity of urban and rural areas according to the guiding principles of the 16th National Congress of CPC require us to persist in six policies and principles, i.e. principles of equality and mutual benefit between urban and rural areas, mutual complementary in superiority, non-balanced and harmonized development, system innovation, two-tactic regulation, and sustainable development. |
