| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力建设是无产阶级政党执政的基本要求,是无产阶级政党始终坚持的一项基本建党原则。统一战线和党的执政能力在本质上具有统一性,是党的执政能力的重要体现。加强新时期爱国统一战线,对于加强党的执政能力建设,提高党的执政能力和领导水平,具有多方面的独特优势。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the Party's ruling competency is the basic requirement for a proletarian political party,and is a fundamental principle for party construction to which a proletarian political party always adheres.The United Front is essentially consistent with the Party's ruling competency,and reflects the Party's ruling competency.The reinforcement of the patriotic United Front is of unique advantages to strengthen construction of the Party's ruling competency and to improve the ruling competency of the Party and leadership. |
