转型期我国阶级阶层关系调研报告

伴随着改革开放,我国社会成员的分化成为不争之实。目前,考量社会成员之间的分化主要基于经济利益分化。虽然分化过程显失公平,但社会成员在政治认同和价值认同方面却保持了较高的一致性。在阶级阶层关系中,干群关系、新老阶层关系值得关注。因此,需要倚重以党和政府为主导形成的合力,着力解决收入分配等问题,破解干群矛盾,促进阶级阶层关系的和谐,逐步形成与经济社会现代化相辅相成的现代化的社会结构。
