| 摘 要： | 党的十五大以来,一些私营业主、外商通过整体买断、控股买断等形式,积极参与国有企业改革,使部分国有企业的所有制形式发生了质的改变,脱胎成私营企业、合资企业和外资企业.本文结合本溪国有大中型企业转制为非公有制企业后,党外知识分子代表人物工作面临的新情况和新问题,就如何做好这类企业(以下简称转制企业)的党外知识分子代表人物工作,提出我们的对策建议.

Suggestions and Solutions on the Work with the Representatives of Non-Party Intellectuals in Restructured SOE |

| Abstract: | Since the 15 th Party Committee Conferenec,some private owners and foreign businesses have participated in the SOE restructuring by acquiring the enterprises or its equity. Thus some SOE have been restructured and become private companies,joint ventures or foreign companies.This article has proposed some suggestions and solutions on the work with the representatives of non-party intellectuals in such enterprises by considering the situation and problems of such SOE in Benxi. |
