| Abstract: | Service-oriented government is the overall objective of China's reform on administration system.Good governance is a new model of modern public administration and is the necessary way of establishing a service-orientated government.The communalist propositions on primacy of common interest,balance between individuals and the society,safeguarding social equity and construction of a positive government are inspirational for us to establish a service-orientated government and achieve good governance. |
