| 摘 要： | 国际上最近提出要"尊重传统",在建筑中推广"自身的价值观",近年来,"构建山水城市"等规划思想应运而生.昆明既是一座典型的山水城市,又是一座传统的历史名城,"继承文脉传统、塑造城市灵魂",是未来昆明城市发展的健康之路.昆明作为国际旅游城市的文化载体,必将以它的个性独领风骚,再造辉煌.
