| 摘 要： | 社会冲突存在于每一个社会中,辩证地认识社会冲突的功能具有重要的理论意义和实践意义.社会冲突具有双重功能一方面,它能促进社会发展,加强群体和社会的整合,发挥社会安全阀的作用;另一方面,它又损失社会资源,破坏社会秩序,伤害社会心理,产生社会问题.

| Abstract: | Social conflict exists in every society. A dialectic recognition of its functions is of great theoretical and practical significance. Social conflicts enjoy dual functions. Positively, it propels social development, strengthens the cohesion of group and society, and benefits social security. Negatively, it destroys social resources, spoil social order, hurt social psychology, and produce social problems. |
