| Abstract: | The educational reform and development in the central communities of Kunming shows that, giving top priority over education requires further reform work and the promotion of quality education. The idea of“General Education” must be established. Effective approaches must be found out to improve education quality. Personnel administration should consider practical skills together with academic background. Traditional ideas must be reformed so that education will be closely knitted to social demands. |
