| 摘 要： | 云南要与全国同步实现全面建设小康社会的目标尚有较大难度和差距。云南积极参与大湄公河次区域合作,是缩小差距的最佳途径,是加快经济社会全面发展的战略选择,是21世纪初的最大机遇。只有抓住参与大湄公河次区域合作的机遇,才有助于实现云南经济社会跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Now, it is fairly difficulty for Yunnan to keep the same pace with other provinces in achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. The active participation of Yunnan in the cooperation with The Great Mekong Sub-Region (GMSR) is the best choice for Yunnan to narrow the gap between Yunnan and other provinces, and is the strategic option to promote economic development in an all-round way and the greatest opportunity in early 21~(st) century. The seizure of this opportunity is of decisive significance for Yunnan to accelerate its economic development. |
