| 摘 要： | 提高执政合法性与科学性是我们党执政能力建设的根本目标。加强政治竞争机制建设,必须 以提高党的执政合法性和科学性为出发点,建设和完善社会主义政治竞争机制;根据执政合法性与科学 性侧重点的不同,正确划分选举型的政治竞争机制和选拔型的政治竞争机制各自的适用范围;正确处理 竞争原则与党管干部原则的关系。
