Thought of Socialization of the Prison Execution

With the penalty changing from retributive punishment to educative punishment, the execution guidelines are changing too. On the basis of considering the result and the humanity value orientation, the prison execution socialization has rooted in the hearts of the people day by day, and has become the mainstream of the times progressively. However, because of historical, conceptual and social reason, there are a lot of obstacles in promoting it in our country. The article tries to take a research on the relevant problems in the hope that it be helpful to develop it in our country.
