| 摘 要： | 近年来,翻供翻证现象有着愈演愈烈之势,已成为当前查办贪污贿赂案件的一个不容忽视的难题.为了从源头、根本上防止犯罪嫌疑人、证人翻供翻证,在侦查阶段就应加强防范意识,采取有效对策,这对确保整个刑事诉讼的顺利进行具有重大意义.本文在对贪污贿赂案件翻供翻证的表现形式、发生阶段、成因和特点进行分析的基础上,提出了一些浅见.

| Abstract: | Recently, withdrawing a confession and evidence has growingly increased, which has become a diffiult problem when investigating the bribery and corruption crimes. In order to thoroughly prevent suspect and witness from withdrawing confession and evidence, it proves meaningful to take precautions and some effective measurements during investigation which can really ensure penal action. This article analyses its manifestation and its phases,reason and feature. In addition, it also brings out some humble opinions. |
