非传统安全下的警务模式研究

随着经济社会的迅猛发展，新情况、新问题层出不穷，非传统安全也应运而生，但是传统安全下的警务模式却相对滞后，容易造成警务活动的被动，难以有效地控制、减少犯罪。为此．要努力建成以构建警民关系为基础，以社区为导向，以科技为依托，以服务为要义，以防范为主导，融信息化、社会化于一体的主动的立体的打防一体的新型警务模式，以适应非传统安全下的安全需求。

Research on Police Model under Non-traditional Security

With the rapid economic and social development, and new situations and problems emerging, non-tra- ditional security also comes into being, but the police under the traditional security model has lagged behind, the police lead to a passive activity, which is difficult to effectively control and reduce crime. Therefore, we must strive to build a new three-dimensional relations between the police, people and community, which is built on the basis of community, takes serving for people as the main task, combines information with society to prevent crime so as to meet the security requirements under non-traditional security circumstances.
