| 摘 要： | 系列强奸案件是一种具有严重社会危害性的刑事案件,能够对人民群众的正常生活造成严重的影响,在侦查系列强奸案件中不可避免要使用到的一个手段是诱惑侦查,而诱惑侦查又是一种饱受争议的侦查,批评之声甚多,因此,很有必要从合理性、可行性以及使用的原则等方面对诱惑侦查在系列强奸案件中的使用进行分析并予以规范和引导。

Inductive investigation is an inevitable and controversial way to series of rape cases.
