| 摘 要： | 2011年9月，公安部修订印发了《公安机关人民警察职业道德规范》（以下简称新《规范》）。新《规范》是在《公民道德建设实施纲要》的有力指导和公安队伍建设发展的与时俱进双重背景下对胡锦涛总书记“七一”讲话精神的贯彻。新《规范》体现了从表述形式到表述实质，从逻辑层次到可操作性，从时代性到原则性等一系列的特色，是对我国警察职业道德的丰富和发展。为充分发挥新《规范》的指导作用，我们要加强解读、深入阐释，重视建设、纳入机制，加强修养、不断提高。

| Abstract: | In 2011, the ministry of public security revised and issued the People＇s Police＇s Professional Ethics of Public Security Organs which embodies the spirit of General Secretary Hu Jintao＇s speech. From expressions form to essence, from logic level to the maneuverability, and from ,time to principle, the new standard enriches and develops our professional ethics. To give full play of the norms, we must strengthen its interpretation, pay attention to its construction, and improve it continuously. |
