摘    要:深入贯彻落实“首要标准”,提升教育改造工作科学化水平,必须有切实可行的措施和办法。2010年,按照省局统一部署,监狱在罪犯中全面推行每周5天劳动教育、1天集中教育、1天娱乐休息的“5+1+1”管理教育模式。新的工作模式,对监狱教育改造工作的发展提出了挑战,也为监狱教育改造工作的创新迎来了机遇。广大监狱民警应以此为契机,着力激发罪犯服刑和改造的积极性,并通过构建长效机制,确保新的模式取得成效。

Abstract:In order to implement " Primary Principle" and improve the scientific level of education and reformation, we need quite effective means and measures. In 2010, according to the unified arrangement of Prison Management Bureau of Anhui, a new management mode of "5+1+1" was put into effect, namely five days labor and education, one day intensive education and one day entertainment and rest. This new mode brings not only challenges to education and reformation work in prisons, but also creates opportunities. Prison police should make use of this opportunity 'to activate the prisoners and make achievements by constructing permanent mechanism.
