涉网案件刑侦基础工作初探

随着网络的普及，犯罪嫌疑人通过网络实施犯罪行为或者实施联系犯罪同伙、网上销赃等关联行为的现象屡见不鲜，因此，网络上蕴含着大量的犯罪信息。侦查机关应当进一步提高从网络中获取犯罪信息的能力，以期更有效的打击、预防犯罪。刑侦基础工作的任务是挖掘犯罪信息。侦查机关通过履行日常管理职能积累犯罪信息、对重点人员和重点空间进行有效监管，以期达到收集犯罪信息、打击和预防犯罪的侦查目的。

Tentative Exploration of Foundamental Work of Criminal Investigation of Cases Related with Computer Network

Along with the popularization of computer network, more and more criminal suspects commit crime through the network, so the network contains a large amount of crime information. In order to prevent the crime, the investigation organ should further improve the ability to find information from the network. The foundamental work of the criminal investigation is to mine the criminal information in various way. Therefore, the investigation organ is expected to play a regular management role in key criminal space and person in the hope of realizing the purpose of collecting criminal information, striking and preventing crime.
