Democracy and Rule by Law is the basic characteristics of the harmonious society, as well as the foundation to construct the harmonious society. In the new era, understanding the connotation of rule by law is quite important to make sense Chinese socialism, adhere to the scientific outlook on development, and construct a harmonious society. |
