关于我国收入分配制度改革的研究

收入分配制度改革是当前老百姓普遍关注的焦点问题。只有从公平角度分析我国收入分配的体制、结构、分配关系、改革的配套措施以及制度安排等方面的诸多矛盾,才能实现既要"结果公平",又要"机会公平",建立健全"第三次分配"格局,强化初次分配的公平性,下决心调整初次分配结构比例。要保增长、扩内需、调结构,就必须在"民富"上下功夫。为此,要改变"国富民贫"格局,遏制城乡居民收入分配差距的持续扩大,努力寻求普通百姓共享改革开放成果、获得"相对公平"的有效途径。

Research on Reform of the Income Distribution System in China

The reform of the income distribution system is the focus of the common people.Only fairly analyzing the contradictions among its system,structure,distribution relation,reform supporting measures and institutional arrangement,the real result fairness and opportunity fairness can be realized.In order to establish and perfect the third distribution pattern,strengthen the fairness of the primary distribution,it is expected to pay more attention to how to make the common people living a rich life.Therefore,in order to change the situation ＇rich country with poor people＇,shorten the income gap between urban and rural residents,we should pay efforts to seek an effective way to help common people share the achievements in reform and get relative fairness.
