| Abstract: | In our judicial practice, drug cases occur more and more. In order to accurately grasp the difficulty point of the crime of sheltering others to take narcotic drugs, we should give comprehensive analysis to the object of this crime, shelter, location, accomplice, and the admissibility of evidence so as to clarify the thought of actual judgment. |
