我国与韩国公务员考试录用制度及其比较

摘    要:公务员考试录用制度是整个公务员制度中极为重要的一个方面,是确保公务员队伍在不断更新的过程中时刻保持高质量、高素质的重要环节,在一定程度上也是公务员制度稳定发展的重要基础。文中分别介绍了我国和韩国现行公务员考试录用制度的基本概况和研究现状,运用比较政治学的方法对两国公务员考试录用制度从学历要求、笔试环节、面试环节等几个方面进行详细比较,并在比较中看到两国公务员考试录用制度的差异,在差异中看到我国公务员考试录用制度的不足。最后,针对这些不足之处,我国应当及时认识到现行公务员考试录用制度的短板,积极吸取韩国公务员考试录用制度中值得借鉴的部分,在今后的制度改进和不断发展中加以完善。

Comparison between Chinese Examination and Employment System for Civil Service and That of Korea
Abstract:The examination and employment system of civil service is an important part of the civil service system, which is vital not only to ensure that the civil servants keep high quality in the continuously updated process, but to make it have a steady development. This paper respectively introduces China and South Korea's basic situation of the current civil service examinations system, and makes a comparison between them from the method of comparative politics perspective. Through the differences, we can see our shortages in the examination and employment system of civil service. Finally, in view of these shortcomings, our country should recognize the current civil service examinations system in time, actively learn from Korea’s examinations system for the civil service, and tries to improve and perfect our own civil service system.
