处置边境地区群体性械斗事件研究

公安边防部队作为维护边境地区社会治安稳定的职能部门,处置边境地区群体性械斗事件是其重要任务之一。该文以对群体性械斗事件的思考为出发点,分析了边境地区群体性械斗事件的主要种类、特点和公安边防部队处置群体性械斗事件的薄弱环节,并在此基础上提出几点对策的思考,即加强情报信息工作,不断完善预案,提升干警法律素质及战术水平等。为公安边防部队提高处置群体性械斗事件能力,维护边境地区和谐稳定提供参考。

Research on the Disposal of Border Area Group Fight Events

The public security frontier forces is a functional department for the maintenance and management of social security, and the disposal of border area group fight events is one of the important tasks. This paper analyzes the types and characteristics as well as the weak links of the security frontier forces in disposing group fights events, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening intelligence information work, perfecting plans and enhancing the police legal quality and tactical level in order to improve the capabilities of frontiers forces in disposing border area group fights and provide references for maintaining the stability and harmony of the border areas.
