关于构建我院和谐校园的若干思考

构建社会主义和谐社会是适应我国改革发展进入关键时期的客观要求,体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望.本文结合我院实际,从校园文化建设的高度,认为构建我院和谐校园应把握四个问题,即:思想政治建设是构建和谐校园的思想基础,健全民主制度是构建和谐校园的基本条件,妥善处理各方面利益关系是构建和谐校园的关键内容,加强和改善党的领导是构建和谐校园的政治保障.

Thought of Structuring the Harmonious Campus in Our College

It meets the objective demand for entering key period of reform and development of our country tostructure the socialist harmonious society,which reflects the vast people' basic benefit and common aspiration. sThis article,combining with the reality of our academy,from the standing of cultural construction of the campus,thinks that it should hold four questions to structure the harmonious campus of our academy,namely: the ideologyand politics construction is the thought foundation of structuring the harmonious campus; it is a primary conditionof structuring the harmonious campus to perfect the democratic system; it is key contents of forming the harmoniouscampus to deal carefully with the relations of interests of various fields; it is the political guarantee of structuringthe harmonious campus to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party.
