| 摘 要： | 当前,出入境口岸地区因社会环境的巨大变化而导致了出入境口岸突发事件的爆发。大量出入境口岸突发事件的爆发和更多出入境口岸突发事件隐患的存在,严重影响了出入境口岸地区的安全稳定和现代化建设。应从归纳出入境口岸突发事件的概念出发,总结出入境口岸突发事件的特点,剖析预防出入境口岸突发事件发生的重要性,最终提出出入境口岸突发事件预防的对策。

| Abstract: | At present, the great changes of social environment of the ports area of entry and exit directly result in the breakout of emergencies in the areas, which seriously affect the stability and safety of the area. In order to finally put forward some prevention measures, we should summarize the concept and characteristics of the emergencies, and analyze the importance of preventing the emergencies. |
