| Abstract: | Ming and Qing Dynasties' family discipline and clan role, which possess the implied legislation and judicature, remains the model of Chinese feudal period time from the perspective of the developing history of clan law. Regarding the interaction and confliction between its content and legislation on state, the article takes a probe into its position in feudal society. |
