| 摘 要： | 随着2012年新《刑事诉讼法》的颁布,我国刑事诉讼程序不断发展、完善。新刑诉法对于侦查讯问监督方面的规定较以前有很大进步,但是和发达国家相比还有待提高。通过对日本和韩国的侦查讯问监督现状进行分析,总结日本和韩国侦查讯问监督的特点,指出我国可以借鉴的方式,借此以推进我国侦查讯问监督的完善。

| Abstract: | The new "Criminal Procedural Law" has been promulgated in 2012, and China’s criminal procedure received further development and perfection. The new Criminal Procedure Law has achieved a great progress in terms of investigation and interrogation supervision, but it remains to be improved compared with the developed countries. Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation and problems of interrogation supervision in Japan and South Korea, this paper summarizes the characteristics of both countries and points out that China may learn from them in order to promote the perfection of investigation and interrogation supervision in China. |
