| 摘 要： | 互联网的迅猛发展，给网络舆情带来了巨大的影响。网络舆情作为一把双刃剑在表达社情民意等方面发挥了重要作用，同时一旦处置不当也能在现实社会中带来巨大的负面影响，故有效开展互联网舆情监测导控工作具有重要意义。当前，互联网舆情监测导控在实践工作中还存在很多问题，急需从理念、机制、管理、措施、保障等多方面去健全完善舆情监测导控工作。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of Internet has brought great influence to Network Public Opinion which, as a double-edged sword, has played an important role in the expression of public opinion. Any improper disposal can also bring huge negative effects in the realistic society , so it is vital to effectively develop the supervision of Internet Public Opinion. At present, there are still many problems in supervising Internet Public Opinion, and it is expected to perfect it from concept, mechanism, management, measures, guarantee and so on. |
