论监所于警教育培训的发展与创新

随着刑事执行工作的发展变化，监所干警的理论和实际工作能力亟待提高，加强监所干警的教育培训工作迫在眉睫。通过实证方式对当前监所干警教育培训工作的现状、不足和监所干警的培训愿望进行调查、分析和研究，在此基础上提出监所干警教育培训工作应当以监所及干警刑事执行工作为培训课程设计依据，以监所干警培训需求为导向，与时俱进，更新观念，采用灵活多样的培训方式，注重实效。从长远计，更应当注重管理人才和师资队伍建设，建立监所干警教育培训的长效制度。

Through analyzing and researching the prison police＇s will to train, the article hereby puts forward a design of training courses to improve the prison police＇s ability. The design takes the practical needs as guide, adopts the flexible training method, and pays more attention to actual effect. From the long run term, it is expected to lay more emphasis on talents＇ and teachers＇ team construction, and establish a long-term system of the training.
