| Abstract: | The prison work has faced many challenges in concept, rule by law, system, mechanism and so on in new period. In order to realize the new requirements of the ＂primary standard＂, we must further improve the rule of prison by law, establish the new concept, promote systematic reform, raise law-enforcement quality, and finally achieve a good circulation development of prison management. |
