论责任保险法律制度的社会管理功能

On Social Management Function of the Legal System of Liability Insurance

In recent years,in medical care,social security,safe production,ecological environment and other fields,the group events and the malignant extreme events have increased,which makes strengthening and innovating the social management a greatest concern in today＇s society.Earlier this year,on the opening ceremony of the provincial main leading cadres＇s discussion meeting in the Central Party School,President Hu jintao emphasizes that we should strengthen and innovate the social management,improve the scientific level of social management,safeguard people＇s rights and interests,promote the social equity and justice,and keep the society in good order.Liability insurance not only has the positive social management function,and is an important legal system.Therefore,it has an important theoretical and practical significance to further study and research the social management function,constantly improve our country＇s insurance system of legal liability,make it in stable order and finally promote social civilization and progress.
