| 摘 要： | 监狱工作法制化就是要形成完备的法律、法规、规章体系,把监狱的全部工作纳入法制化的轨道,依法管理,规范运行,切实做到依法治监.为实现监狱工作法制化,必须构建完备的监狱法律体系,培养高素质监狱管理人员,建立专门的监狱法制工作机构,构筑现代监狱行刑机制.

| Abstract: | Prison legality is to form an entire law and regulation system, is t o take all the prison's job into legality, so that the prison can be managed by law, run by norm and we can really realize ruling prison by law. In order to rea lize this, it's supposed to establish perfect prison legal system, to foster the qualified prison officers, and to construct special prison legality sector and the modern prison execution system. |
