法治信仰是社会主义核心价值观的重要组成部分。监狱是刑事法律体系中的最后屏障,是国家依法治国方略的重要环节。要实现这个宏伟目标,必须让法治成为所有监狱人的一种信仰。所谓监狱人,既包括监狱人民警察,又包括服刑人员及其亲属甚至包括被害人和周边群众。所谓法治信仰,既切实接受法律的保护,又真诚接受法律的约束。中国人法治信仰了没有,作为社会缩影的监狱人可以佐证。
