外国刑法学教学思考

外国刑法学,作为一门研究外国刑法理论与刑法制度的学科有广泛开设的必要性。但在教学实践中,存在教学内容不均衡、教学方法不丰富及教学资源不充足的尴尬。反思外国刑法学教学尴尬之余,须重新定位外国刑法学的教学目标,其应当是传递法律价值观念,弘扬法律比较精神。本着理论与实践并重的思路进行适合于本课程教学的新尝试,包括小组讨论、课堂辩论和模拟法庭等。

Reflections on Foreign Criminal Law Teaching

As the discipline committed to the study of foreign criminal law theory and criminal justice system, the course of Foreign Criminal Law is a necessity for a wide range of programs. But in teaching practice, there are a few problems such as the imbalance of teaching content, the monotony of teaching methods and the lack of teaching resources. Besides reflecting on the existing problems, we think it necessary to re-orient the teaching objectives of Foreign Criminal Law, which is to introduce the legal values and promote the spirit of legal compar- ison. Giving equal emphasis to both theory and practice, we explore new ways of teaching, which include panel discussions, classroom debates and moot court etc.
