大学生法律素质评价与发展探析

法律知识和法律意识是大学生法律素质的重要评价要素。针对这两个要素，分别对大三非法律专业学生和普通公民进行问卷调查，发现大学生对民法、部门法掌握较好，对社会热点法律问题的认识具有统一性，但他们的法律信仰不够坚定；在法律与道德的边缘问题上，其守法意志比较薄弱。因此，提升大学生法律素质，应当从学校、学生会和社会多层次加强大学生法律素质培养，促进他们撑握正确全面的法律知识和确立坚定饱满的法律意识。
