| Abstract: | The spread of private information is a two-side coin, which is not only helpful to exchange information and share resources, but also lead to the violation of citizen＇s privacy right. Therefore, to establish a reasonable protection system of privacy, we should exert great efforts to perfect its legislation and standard the public rights. |
