| 摘 要： | 刑事技术与刑事侦查的关系是相互包容和密不可分的。侦技协作的基本内容包括人的结合、知识的结合和手段的配合。目前分局侦技协作的主要不足表现在:缺少协作意识;缺少现场意识;缺少沟通意识。所以,公安机关应多措施促进侦技协作。

| Abstract: | The relationship between criminal technology and criminal investigation is mutually inclusive and inseparable. The cooperation of criminal technology and criminal investigation consist of people’s collaboration, knowledge combination and measures coordination. At present the main problems existing in the cooperation of criminal technology and criminal investigation are as follows: lack of cooperation consciousness; lack of site consciousness; lack of communication consciousness. Therefore, the public security organs should take more countermeasures to promote cooperation of criminal technology and criminal investigation. |
