| 摘 要： | 行政执法程序是依法行政的生命线.公安机关治安管理部门在实施治安管理行为时,应当依照法定程序进行,受到执法程序的约束.目前,治安行政执法中存在着诸多程序问题,我们应探求问题产生的原因,并思考相应的对策.
