| 摘 要： | 随着承接产业转移的推进，中部各省纷纷把吸收再创新作为提高本地区综合实力的重要选择。并出台相应的法律政策来保护产权和鼓励创新。但知识产权保护需要制定科学的策略，在鼓励创新和全面发展的同时，也要积极防范相应的“知识产权陷阱”。
