试析仿六四式手枪射击弹壳痕迹的检验

在刑侦工作中，技术人员会经常遇到通过射击弹壳检验来判明发射枪种的问题。制式枪支种类的检验鉴定方法较多，其鉴定技术也较为成熟。但在实际工作中，由于暴力性案件多涉及自制枪支。其中又以仿六四式手枪居多。所以，刑事技术人员必须研究六四式手枪与仿六四式手枪的结构特点、射击弹壳痕迹特征以及七七式手枪、五二公安式手枪与仿六四式手枪射击弹壳痕迹的不同之处，以此提高判明发射枪种的科学性和准确性。

The systematic study is given on the connotation of circular economy, the current overseas status of circular economy legislation and its practice and problems in China,on the basis of which some advices on circular economy legislation are given with the considerations of domestic facts.
