| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着网上银行的迅速发展,其发展的"瓶颈"--安全问题也日益突出.网上银行犯罪现象诸多,其实都是传统犯罪形式的翻新.对于以网络为基础的网上银行犯罪,证据资料易被篡改、销毁,并且在侦查取证时技术复杂、要求较高,此类案件的侦查取证工作较之于传统案件相对困难.因此,必须基于网上情报信息搞好网上银行犯罪案件现场勘查、电子证据的提取以及电子证据的保全工作等,从而有效打击网上银行犯罪.

| Abstract: | Along with the online bank rapidly developing, its developing obstacle - - the security problem also becomes prominent in recent years. Though there exist many kinds of crimes on internet, all is actually traditional crime. Regarding the crime of online bank, the evidence material is easily destructed, and the requested technology is complex, so it is relatively difficult to collect the detection evidence. Therefore, it is supposed, based on the online information, to investigate the scene, to collect the electronic evidence as well as to preserve the electronic evidence so that the online bank crime can be attacked effectively. |
