| Abstract: | The reform of taxes and fees in the countryside is another great reform of China after land reform and contractual management responsibility system.This reform effects a permanent cure to reduce the burden of peasants,increase their income,protect the their productivity,and is the effective way to improve the development of national economy constantly,rapidly and healthily.In addition,it is the important measure to improve the relations between cadres and the masses and safeguard the countryside stable. |
