| 摘 要： | 追求司法公正是在应然层面上法律所永恒追求的价值,而维护司法权威则是在实然上树立司法独立形象的必然.实际上,树立司法权威也是为司法正义的实现打下坚实的基础.然而,在实践中,两者却貌似水火不容,冲突极大.一些当事人、大众传媒往往为了实现个案正义,不惜以冲击、诋毁司法机关为代价,致使一些司法机关名声恶播,甚至严重影响了司法机关的工作.因此,如何协调司法公正与司法权威成了当务之急.
