依法治国视域下优化监狱形象的思考

在全面推进依法治国的今天,优化监狱形象是深化司法体制改革的需要,顺应当今世界行刑的发展趋势。由于监狱工作的封闭性、特殊性,加上现阶段受监狱负面舆情影响,监狱形象受到较为严重的影响。优化监狱形象,必须明确监狱形象内涵,梳理构成要素和影响因素,针对当前监狱形象建设存在的一系列问题,从源头上、根本上降低乃至消除监狱负面新闻产生的隐患与土壤,同时从战略上、方法上强化监狱舆情的引导,合理运用传媒提升宣传工作的成效,优化监狱的公众形象。

A Reflection on Optimizing the Image of Prison from the Perfective of Ruling the Country by Law

China is fully promoting ruling the country by law. Optimizing the image of the prison is the necessity to deepen the reform of the judicial system, complying with the trend of the development of judicial execution. Due to the special and close nature of prison work as well as the negative public opinions of the prison, the image of the prison is getting downhill. To optimize the prison image, first of all, we are to clearly define the connotation of prison image, comb the constitute elements and factors, and solve a series of problems existing in the current image construction of prison. In addition, we should decrease and eliminate the hidden dangers and soil of prison negative news from the source, and at the same time, guide the public opinion with strategy and methods, make rational use of media to enhance the effectiveness of the publicity work, and optimize the public image of the prison.
