| 摘 要： | 刑嫌调控是刑事侦查的基础业务工作，这项工作的质量直接关系到对刑事犯罪的打击力度和社会治安的稳定。在犯罪手段日新月异的今天，它遇到了前所未有的挑战，尤其在对付流窜犯罪方面显得力不从心。现代信息技术和网络技术赋予了刑嫌调控新的内涵，探讨新形势下的刑嫌调控，实行网上刑嫌调控就显得很有必要和非常重要。

| Abstract: | Criminal suspect investigation and control is the basic business of criminal investigation, whose work quality directly determines the crime crackdown and social security and stability. With criminal means changing each day, it faces unprecedented challenges, especially in dealing with vagabond crime. Modern information tech- nology and network technology gives a new connotation to criminal suspect investigation and control. So it is very necessary and important to study it under the new situation, and implement it via internet. |
