招录体制改革背景下公安院校培养模式存在的问题与突破路径探讨

On the Training Mode and Breakthrough of Colleges of Public Security under the Context of Structure Refrom of Police Recruitment

After the training mode of basic level police recruitment was reformed in 2008, the public security institutions across the country fully opened recruiting pilot training. As an important component of the training system, all the public security institutions should take a comprehensive summary and reflect on the shortcomings existing in training mode, bring out corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to innovate and promote the structure reform of our police recruitment.
