| 摘 要： | 罪犯的婚姻权一直是法律从未明文剥夺的权利，但在行刑过程中，罪犯又长期享受不到这项权利。2004年5月，民政部在相关《意见》中确认了罪犯的婚姻权。对此，监狱工作者应当慎重对待、正确把握《意见》要求与罪犯婚姻权的实际，切实保障罪犯应当享有的婚姻权。

| Abstract: | The criminal＇s marriage right has never been deprived expressly in law, hut in the execution process, criminals have not enjoyed the right for long time. In May 2004, the ministry of civil affairs affirmed the right in related regulations. As to this, the prison worker should take it seriously, correctly grasp the regulations and the actual criminals marriage right, and safeguard criminals enjoy it. |
