| 摘 要： | 信息伦理学是20世纪80年代在国外兴起的一门新兴学科。档案信息化及网络化发展衍生出诸多档案信息伦理失范现象,探究档案信息伦理失范原因是当前亟待解决的问题。在此基础上方能找出建设档案信息伦理的良策,以便于快捷、高效地指导我们工作。

Numerous model--losts of information ethics derived from archives information and the development of networks, and it is urgent to inquire into the reason of model--losts of archives information, on which we could find some good countermeasures, which will give a quick and efficient guide to our work. |
