| Abstract: | Since the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, people＇s livelihood has become a major concern of the Party and the state. To protect and improve the livelihood of the people and the rule of law are the inevitable choice. For over three years, Huaibei City gains abundant experience and achieve- ments in its judicial practice in protection and improvement of people＇s livelihood. It shows that exploring the choices in the legal realization of protection and improvement of people＇s livelihood is of great significance to en- riching theories on the rule of law and promoting the legal practice in protecting people＇s livelihood. |
