论我国继承权丧失制度的完善

继承权丧失制度是继承法中重要制度,直接关系继承权丧失人和其他继承人的切身利益,而且对于维护和睦文明的家庭关系和社会和谐具有重要作用。但是我国《继承法》中关于此制度尚有许多值得商榷之处,对比国外立法例,检讨我国现行立法,以期构建完善的继承权丧失制度。

The system of forfeiting the right of inheritance is an indispensable part of a nation＇ s inheritance system.It not only is of vial importance to the one who forfeits the right of inheritance and the other heirs but also plays an important part in maintaining the harmonious and civilized family relations and constructing a harmonious society. The nation＇ s current system of forfeit- ing the right of inheritance exists some drawbacks,On the base of comparative study on foreign disinherited system, and combining our actual conditions, this article will put forward some legislative suggestions.
